Necessity is the mother of invention, so the saying goes. Ash Grove Consulting (AGC) started in the same way. Mirelle White, our founder, and the principal consultant was at that point in her career where being her boss was better suited to her needs. She had been doing marketing, promotion and business development for an international not-for-profit organization for over 20 years. Working with an international audience was fulfilling and traveling to global destinations was amazing, but living out of a suitcase at someone else’s behest was tiring. She decided to take her knowledge and open her shop. With the support of family and friends, she hung out her shingle and hasn’t looked back.
